On all contingent-fee searches, if during the first 60 days, if you determine the candidate is not qualified to adequately perform within the specifications of the position as it was structured, we will replace the candidate for no additional fee. For an initial fee of 30% of first year’s salary we give a 24 month guarantee, for a 25% fee a 12 month guarantee, and for a 20% fee a 6 month guarantee.
